We are an independent coffee roaster with a cafe and warehouse located in and around Youngstown, Ohio. Our cafe specializes in espresso drinks, pour over coffees, seasonal lattes, tea, and more. We proudly brew our espresso on a SLAYER V3 Espresso machine, which allows us to craft a truly exceptional coffee experience.

Colombia Young Producer Development Lot

This community lot serves as a platform for young Colombian producers who have dedicated themselves to a path in coffee and can lead them to future success. Supporting this coffee means supporting more opportunities for experimentation with processing and for learning necessary skills in coffee producing. The lot is a culmination of small batch experiments.

This coffee takes on an experimental approach when it comes to processing. It blends producer experiments with Sebastian Ramirez’s Red Fruits.

Every few months, Unblended comes together with producers to perform 20-30kg experiments with naturals or extended fermentation coffees. They then cup the coffees for feedback and selection where a producer's lot may be selected for approval to be scaled into larger production.

Ethiopia Inku Teklewold

Inku Teklewold got his professional start in healthcare despite carrying lifelong dreams of a career in coffee. Just in time for the 2024/2025 season, Teklewold partnered with Hirut Berhanu of Dumerso Washing Station.

Teklewold’s washing station currently produces solely naturally processed coffee. On the site, ripe cherries are picked in the afternoon and delivered to the washing station. Cherries are then sundried for 14-17 days depending on the weather, monitored and sent to the mill for processing, hulling and final sorting.

Uganda AA Bugisu

The Bugisu region on Mount Elgon in Uganda is where the Sipi Falls Coffee Project is located and this coffee is grown. For the last 25+ years, the project has expanded into 2,000+ hectares (over 4,000 acres) of land with over 5,000 producers working on the land.

This coffee is a blend of Bourbon, Kenya SL14 and Kenya SL28 varieties and was grown at an elevation of 1,300 to 3,000 meters.
