Gong fu black tea is a style of black tea production that originated in the northern Fujian Providence. Gong fu black tea processing involves a lengthy withering and oxidation process designed to bring out the most unique characters in the leaf. Medium bodied with notes of honey, rose and malt.

BREWING: We recommend using spring or filtered water. Heat to 195F/90C. Use 2.5g / 2 tsp of tea for 12 oz of water. Steep 5-7 min.

We recommend re-steeping this tea 2-3 times to fully enjoy the experience.
