We are an independent coffee roaster with a cafe and warehouse located in and around Youngstown, Ohio. Our cafe specializes in espresso drinks, pour over coffees, seasonal lattes, tea, and more. We proudly brew our espresso on a SLAYER V3 Espresso machine, which allows us to craft a truly exceptional coffee experience.

Located in Musula, Marcala in the department of La Paz is Finca Adolfo where Bryan Bautista produces his coffee. As a third generation farmer of Adolfo’s, Bautista’s love for coffee processing and rich family history is evident in every sip of coffee from his plot. Bautista produces many diverse varieties of coffee at Finca Adolfo’s including Yellow Catuai, Red, Yellow, Orange and Pink Bourbon, Geisha, Lempira, Pacamara, Parainema, & more.
